March 5 (Reuters) enginekrypto.com - Asic Miners Goldshell Ethash Miner Blake256 Miner Miner Ferrexpo said on Wednesday it was assessing a Ukrainian court's decision to grant the transfer of 49.5% of the company's rights in its Poltava mining unit to federal agencies as part of ongoing investigations.

Ukraine has sought to

nationalise

the Poltava mining and processing plant, the largest mine belonging to the London-listed iron ore pellets producer, amid investigations into alleged misappropriation of funds related to illegal mining.

Ferrexpo said that the statement on the court approval was made by Ukraine's State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). The miner added that it has not seen this court order nor received any official documents or requests related to it.

"The details of the court decision are therefore unclear at this stage and the company is working with its legal advisors to further understand the situation," Ferrexpo said in a statement.
